We offer 3 levels of Computer Support

• Basic IT -
  This service is invoice by the hour and we rely on your staff to alert us when difficulties arise.  This plan is fine as long as everything is working OK, but problems can go undetected and become big after a period of neglect.

• Assist IT-
  In addition to monitoring, alert trapping and unlimited remote help desk. With remote help desk, you can call our experts anytime during normal business hours and receive critical tech support over the phone. After hours support is available on a call back level.  Onsite service is included at a reduced hourly rate.

• Manage IT -
  This service includes monitoring, alert trapping, help desk and onsite service. With alert trapping we can log any important events on your system for your records. Also with onsite service you can have one of our expert technicians onsite to resolve any issues with your IT systems without any worries about costs.

Which plan is right for my business?
